I just recieved my Porterfield Bake pads and have a couple of questions pertaining to installation.
1) I have absolutly no knowledge of how to swap brake pads or removing the tires for that matter (however I am fairly intelligent and have plenty of common sense). I was wondering if it would be better if I paid to have this done or is it a simple enough of a procedure that you think I might be able to do it myself?
2) Also if someone can give me step by step instuctions on removal of the wheels and swapping of the brakes that would be great!
It's just I hate the idea of one of the dimwit grease monkey's at my dealer doing a half *** job.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated
Matt

If you don't know how to take off the tires you shouldn't replace the brake pads. Have someone show you how first or pay to have it done...not expensive.
