I have bought and installed Carlsson RS Sport with Bilstein Shocks within the coilover system that is basically the system build by Bilstein for Carlsson.

I need help with experience owners with these product to get the best out of the suspension. What is your preferred setting as far as stiffness on the shocks.

Also, I forgot which way is the soft and which is the harder setting, please help, thanks
