Would these Brabus Monoblock V work for the W208 CLK55?

Would these Brabus Monoblock V work for the W208 CLK55?
I'm contemplating the purchase of a set of these wheels:

Brabus Monoblock V 3-piece

FRONT: 19x8.5 ET35 with 245/35/19 tires
REAR: 19x9.5 ET45 with 265/30/19 tires

I'm pretty certain the front ones will fit with narrower tires. What about the rear wheels? The stock offset is 30. The 19s will be 1.5" wider and about 15 mm closer to the wheel wells?
