WHAT size TIRES can i use with these Rims ?

I own a E320 2000 and just purchased these rims. Wanted to know which tires would be optimum for good driving conditions (i a more of a conservative driver but sometimes get spirited). Been looking on tiretrack for some 17's but not sure which ones are compatible with car and rims. Just love the comparisons and charts which are readily available at Tiretrack. I would like to purchase some tires and have one of the recommended installers hook them up. But want to know how much i am going to have to spend since now it is November in NYC and will not be putting these on my ride till at least the end of JANUARY (due to winter conditions). Looking to spend between $400 and $650 for the set of four.
