SL600 Tires on a E55

I am selling my 2002 SL600; the PS2 tires on this car are almost brand new, and I would like to swap them out with the Contis on my 2005 E55, which I intend to keep.

The front tire size is identical, but the rear tires on the SL are 275/35-18 while the rears on the E55 are 265/35-18 (10mm narrower).

Could this small size difference lead to problem? It appears that the wheel wells have enough clearence for the extra 5mm on each side.
