Cooper Zeon 2XS's any good?
Its time to buy new tires and the tire shop I go to is trying to sell me these tires so im wondering if anyone has any experience with these tires. I figure I really don't need anything to expensive since I mainly just drive but on occasion I like to drive kinda hard and want a good all around tire. Thanks for any help on this.

I have Coopers on our E500. Next time I will go with Michelin or Conti's. The Coopers cupped out on the inside and outside edges at 29 PSI. The Origional Conti's wore evenly. I know you might say alignment, but nothing has changed on the alignment since the Conti's only the tires were changed. They were making noise when installed and you could feel the smoothness of the car was gone in the steering wheel. This is with less than 1000 miles on the tires. Now at 6000 miles they are cupped out inside and outside edges. Ok,, so why not inflate them to 36#'s. Wonder why Mercedes says 29? Perhaps the low profile and lack of sidewall flex gives a firmer ride. Well if that is at 29psi,, imagine what the ride would be like at 36 PSI. So for me next time Michelin's.
