CLK 430
Tyre pressure advice

Ive got 19" amg alloy wheels on my clk430.I love the look of them but the only down side is it the ride.On the front i have 235/35/19 Toyo and i have the tyre pressure at 28lbs.On the rear i have 265/35/19 Continental with tyre pressure at 30lbs.
The car feels every pot hole and it feels like the steering wheel snatches slightly on a large bump.
Without stepping down to 18" can anyone recommend anything and is this the right tyre pressure.

Thanks

You might get a better pressure guage. Those psi's are way too low for HP tires. They should probably be around 33-34 psi, and the ride shouldn't be all that bad. I went from 16" all seasons to 18" staggered Eagle F1's and the ride actually improved--and I run 34-35 psi. Unless the CLK is extremely different than the S, your ride shouldn't be that much different, though I do think you'd of been better off w/ the 18".
