Some articles suggest the W204 has very large offsets, W203 or CLK wheels will not fit, can you please update me on that

Just took delivery of the C300 this week,

Just want to confirm the 171 wheel will indeed fit a W204, OEM W204 uses 58mm offset, the 171 wheel you recommended has 37mm offset, that means the wheel will stick out 21mm, almost 4/5 of an inch, will it rub the fender?
