I bought a set of AMG Aero 1 (17x8) from the tirerack last Spring for my 2000 E320. I don't like the look of the wheels hanging out of the wheel wells as much as they do. I guess the offset is different from stock or it's the 8" width. My question is if I go with a 7.5" width will that take care of the problem and give it a more stock appearance. Thanks for your help.

the 8" width is very aggressive for your E320. A 7.5" wheel with a higher offset would correct the problem that you have described
