I was talking to a retail person about these springs and he told me that koni bought vogtland and that they changed the color from purple to blue? also that the vogtland springs come in a vogtland box but the springs inside are blue and have a koni decal on them?

i was wondering if this was true? and if the blue with koni on it is still the vogtland springs? thanks!

They are separate companies. Koni is Dutch and Vogtland is German. Koni is owned by ITT and Vogtland is family-owned. Koni makes blue springs. Vogtland makes purple springs.

so if the box says vogtland on it, and the springs are blue...then im looking at koni springs?

Vogtland actually makes numerous springs for KONI. KONI doesn't make ANY of their springs, they subcontract them all out.
