I know my '02 ML320 is in need of brakes. Is this a job for the DIYer? Seems like last time, I had just pads done all the way around for nearly $1k. Seems like I should be able to do it for less, even including rotors.
Anyone else do this? Is there a good place to start for guidance?
Thanks!

Diy is pretty much a standard job if you have done brakes before,if not go to www.alldatadiy.com
usually 25 bucks for a year I think someone said they had a $12.95 special on now.Has all the factory wis a diy'r might ever need and specific to your model,if your model is not listed mbusa has a dvd for it that contains the work shop manual..If the rotors are smooth you can just change the pads.

also check with the members up in the ml section and your chassis might be listed in the diy section on mercedesshop.com
might also be a diy on benzworld.org ml section.
