Do runflat tires require specific wheels?

We have a GL320 incoming that comes with factory runflat 20" tires, and was wondering if I would be able to use a different 20" wheel with those tires.

You need to have a wheel that accomodates the factory Tire pressure sensor... those are mandatory with runflat tires.

depends on the weather
Kar don is correct and not all wheels accept the sensors so choose wisely
