Luke, I got a bubble

Same thing happened to me before. Tire was only used for about 6 Months and I don't recall ever hitting deep pot holes, but who knows... Oh, that tire is also Pirelli... Coincidence?
coincidence? most likely, although i did not have good experience with pzero assym at 205-45-17 sizes on pothole resistance...in fact, all 4 that i had blown out by potholes were pzero assym...
I got another set of P-Zero assym for another car (this time in 20") and so far they have been running great for about 4 Months without any problems. I'll keep an eye on it and see how they hold up. One thing I do is check the tire pressure weekly to make sure they have the correct pressure at all time!
In defense of Pirelli, I was very satisfied with the original PZero system (yellow label) which prompted me to try the Nero and up until I saw the bubble, I was happy with them. I think I'm pretty good at avoiding potholes but living in DC, a pothole will occasionally catch me off guard. But I'm still not prepared to say Pirelli is more susceptible vs. other tire makers but that's just my opinion, of course. Having used several sets of the P6/P600 years ago and then a couple sets of the yellow PZero, this is the first bubble I've encountered with Pirelli. So I'll try them again and let you know how it goes.

I just bought these tires from TireRack three months ago. Before I dig up my records do you know offhand if this is covered by any warranty (wishful thinking, I know). It's a PZero Nero. Thanks.
