Hey PD,
Sorry for delayed response here. Yea, John is a great guy.
Here is a pic of the grille. Nothing special, just the OE look without the embedded badge. Totally easy to install. Just unbolt old, and screw in the new one. Bought it from these guys at the recommendation of another forum member http://123mercedes.com. I would order from them again.

Hey thanks aznmode! Camber is barely noticable IMO. The installers were careful to keep the tires as level as possible, using techniques that I am too noobish to explain 
. When I get a chance, I'll to send you some rear vehicle tire photos to show you. If you want more of a technical explanation, you should talk with the guy I referred to PD. He's my installer.
