tire sizes that are sold in Europe, but not in the US?

e.g. Toyo makes a 195/40/17 for the oversea market, but I don't see one in the US.

I'm open to any of the following:

195/40/17 Toyo or Hankook
165/40/17 or 185/35/17 Nankang

 

sorry but, it is not uncommon for tires on other continents and even other countries to not be brought into the US .... most of the time it's a DOT thing

Continental, Pirelli and Yokohama all have the 195/40-17 size but I know of nothing in those other sizes

 

Luke, I'm looking for a manufacturer that runs on the narrower side. I'm running this as a front tire on a slammed Smart car with aggressive offsets. I originally tried the Yoko S-drive 195/40, but it was just as wide as my rear Hankook 215/35. The Yoko also has a very square sidewall.

Between the Pirelli and Continental, does either run on the narrow side with round sidewalls?
