Please help. Will these fit my w211 sport. (18x8.5 ET32 & 18x10 ET40)

Your advises is greatly appreciated. I am trying to purchase a used set of BBS from a member on this forum. They are 18x8.5 ET32 & 18x10 ET40. Could someone with the knowledge let me know if they fit. If not, what kind of spacer do I need.
My car is a stock 07 E350 with the sport package.
