I drive a 06 CLK 350 which are very close in specs when it comes to wheels.

I have a 19" setup with 8.5" et32 fronts running 235/35/19. And the rears are 9.5" et35 with 265/30/19. A perfect fit, and "pretty" close to OEM tire diameters which is important as well.

There is plenty of room at the rear, but the front runs close to the shock/strut tower on the inside with that offset. I have heard some even run a 35et at the front.

I am sure someone with your MB model will chime in with the exacts.

You might be able to push a 10 in there with the right off sets. I would find a set locally and test fit it before committing to anything.

I agree with Jon. Unless you are having a set custom built, I would definitely do a test run at the least. I would think to run a 10.5" the offset would need to be spot on. That may be hard to find in an off the rack wheel.

I think 10" rears with the right offset would already be a stretch. I don't think 10.5" will fit back there without some fender modification. In any case, test fit the set (if used) or contact Iforged, they should be able to custom make you a set that fits our car's specifications.

I would contact iforged but they overcharge. I want a new set of iforged senekas. I'm new with the car and just want a set of nice meshes. so with the off sets that mka mentioned do you thing id be alright? I'm seeing if theyre alright with your car because yours is closer to my year.

They overcharge for information?

Yes, MKA's offsets are pretty much stock so they will work, but you have to figure in the width as well. If you are getting brand new Iforged wheels then they should have a set that would be able to fit the CLK, they typically make their wheels on demand don't they?

Unless you are in a big hurry, start checking some wheel sites and keep watching the forums. You just might surprise yourself on what you may find. Have a good idea on what your wallet can take, and work it from there. Good luck on the fun part...
