The rims are 19 inches with 5x112 pattern and 35mm offset. Also, what does offset mean?

THIS IS GOING TO GET MORE CONFUSING!

Normally no, because the center bore (center hole) is too small. However, it "MAY". If the wheel is using as Hub-Centric Ring to obtain the smaller Audi Center Bore it 'may' be possible to remove the Audi specific ring and replace with larger Mercedes hub rings of 66.56mm.

That is the first hurdle to overcome. Next you have to know the Offset (ET) to get over the second hurdle.

Offset is the distance from the center of the wheel to the back of the wheels mounting surface.

depends on the weather
the center bore of an Audi wheel is 57mm ... MB's need 66mm so they wil not fit assuming you are talking about the OE Audi wheels which do not use centering rings

Hi Luke,

I am pretty sure that both of you guys are correct, but this guy is selling the rims pretty cheap and I wouldn't want to pass up on a opportunity like this. Anyways, the guy say he bought it at tirerack. Its the AT Italia Riva 2-piece 19-inch. Since you are the MAN at tirerack, maybe you can tell me if these might fit on my E.

if you get the correct hardware and centering rings they will fit your E320 .... so plan on spending about $100.00 on the extra items you need

You'll need new lug bolts and centering rings. That should just about do it. Call Luke when you're ready. But make sure that (1) there are centering rings on the rims, and that (2) they can be removed first!
