Luke: trying to order a torque wrench

Saw that the tirerack website has torque wrenches for 29.99. Seems like a good deal, so I'm trying to order it.

(BTW, is this the correct size for MB lugs?)
Went to check out, and it seems like shipping is free to Canada?? (I'm in Toronto, Ontario)
