I love good customer service - Tire Rack
Called Luke yesterday at 4:35pm local time and ordered a tire.

Got an e-mail at 5:18pm, "your tire has shipped".

Tracked the order this morning, the tire is out for delivery.

Less than 24 hours from order to delivery and NO request for special handling!

Thanks Luke, great job by your team!
