How do I fix my alloy wheel?

So recently, one of my back rims developed a really funny streak. They are original AMG Alloy wheels that came with the car. It happened basically overnight and not over time.

It looks like some type of streak - it was raining, and was also freezing...is it possible the water froze and ripped the coat off? They look like streaks on the rim.

It's a little bit dirty from brake dust and it wasn't washed when I took the picture, but the important part are those streaks. They aren't really deep, and it's hard to feel them.

How do I fix this? Is there any product that can take them out, or do I need to do something else like repaint or something like that?

depends on the weather
something was spilled on that wheel or you drove through something ... .try a good cleaner wax or rubbing compound
