URGENT: SPONSORS/SELLERS BEWARE OF BUYER!!!!!
For everyone on this forum, I would like to warn you that I have been robbed by a customer and hope that this customer does not do the same to any of you!!!
A customer purchased a set of 20" wheels from me for his 2006 CLS500. When he received the wheels he claimed that they did not work on his vehicle and the wheels were totally wrong. I was confused as I had installed several sets of the same wheels on many CLS's with no problems. Being a good business man I kindly told the customer that we can send him a new set of wheels out without him having to send the wrong wheels back immediately. Our company policy is to receive the old wheels back and then ship new wheels out. He paid me an extra $200 to upgrade to a different set. The new set was shipped out February 4th. I sent Fedex return labels with the new wheels with the understanding that the customer would send the old wheels back. Unfortunately, that was not the case. He was out to get a free set of wheels and basically rob me!!!! I have sent several emails to the customer and I have not got any response. The wheels were never returned.
The customers name is Tony Besharse. He is from Texas and I believe he owns a shop there. His email address is tonybesh@yahoo.com. So all sponsors and sellers, BEWARE of this person as he will rob you!!!!!!

I contacted Paypal and they have sent him an email but other than that, there is not much more I can do and they are not able to do a chargeback.
The customer did mention when he called me that he had seen my postings on MBWorld and that is why I have posted this here because someone may know him or he is possibly emailing/calling other sponsors and playing the same games.....

If you contact the police in his area with the address and proof of sale I'm sure they will investigate it. Also, call Paypal and they will have his CC info on file, just be persistant. I HATE thieves!
