Lower Control Arm Bushings C 280

I hear that the lower control arm bushings on the C 280 can go out and cause a vibration through the steering wheel. About 4 months ago I took my 95 C 280 into the tire place and had them rotate and balance the tires cause I had a pretty heavy, on and off vibration through the steering wheel that started at about 60 mph. They did the job and it still does it. Could the lower control arm bushings be the problem?

Yes, they could very well be the problem.
