I don't like when the spoke goes in the middle of the lip of the rim. I think the lip should be clean all round.

I think i saw this new wheel on tirerack's web page. There is another new speedline with six double spokes awailable in same sizes. I really like those. Similar to the Brabus VI but almost nicer with more slender spokes and certainly cheaper.

Cheers

I like a more solid model for my clk like the Brabus Mono V. It gives the car a more muscular look. :-)

theine: do you really like the 5 spoke wheels?

I like the 5 spoke AMG's a lot, wonder why I still have my original wheels, but I would like to change the looks of my car, with something different, not what everyone has. Besides my options are limited with 8.5 x 18 and 9.5 x18, I won't go narrower than that, because it's not worth it, and 10's on the rear really need 275's and those won't fit my car.

Well I finally decided to go for it and placed my order with Luke at tirerack $2,900 with S0-3's.
15 minutes later I called back to verify that my MB center caps will fit.....he says no. Order cancelled. Back to the search for the perfect wheel.

If you are looking for the perfect wheel which accepts the MBZ center caps you are going to have to pony up more money. Bargains are not to be found. The only wheels that accept MBZ caps are are pricey:

AMG
Brabus
Carlsson
Kleemann
Lorinser
Renntech
RDSport

If money was no object I would go with the AMG Double Spoke Multi:

Or RDSport custom forged C4 or S4 wheels:

AMG Double Spoke is a posibility, but I couldn't find 18", tirerack has them in 19".

www.statusimports.com list them in 18x7.5 and 18X8.5 for W209. But they are very expensive. Ouch!

I am looking for 18 x 8.5 and 18 x 9.5, I am going to check with my MB dealer.
