Will a whell for a W201 fit a W202?
While spring cleaning I found a MB wheel for a 190. It is MB PN 210 40111 02 and is a 6Jx15H2. Will this wheel fit/work on a 1997 C-280 as a wheel for a snow tire?
I was thinking of picking up an aftermarket replica or a used wheel to match as the second wheel as it is not as wide as the current wheels and I thought a matched pair on the back would be best.

Did you post the correct part number? Because the part number you posted begins with 210, which is E-class.
Some of the 6J wheels for the 190E have an offset that is too high to use with a W202 C-class, but with a small enough tire might not rub. Check the offset (it is listed on the back of the wheel, like ET62). If the number is higher than 54 it will probably rub against the inside of the fender well or suspension components. If it is that high it will certainly not look very good.
p.s. you can find cheap 15" wheels for the W202 all over the place!

Thanks for the info
Thank you for teaching me about the offset # printed on the wheels.
You are correct I am a bit dyslectic. The corect PN starts with 201. The offset # is ET 49, but the offset on the wheels on my W202 is ET37 so it sounds like the offset will be a problem.
I know that replica wheels for the W202 run about $106 with this forum's sponser. Where else do you suggest checking for 15" OEM type wheels. Other places give me a quote of $195 for used MB wheels.

Also, you can check wrecking (junk) yards for W202 cars. There actually are quite a few out there. Also, with all the people that upgrade their wheels, someone here must be willing to sell a set.
Hope that helps,
