width question
whats the widest rim and tire combo that can be run on a slk32 amg? its a r170 body. im wanting something in a 275 or 285 if its possible without rubbing. fender rolling to get it done is ok with me

provide enough information.
Like are you going to lower it?
Are you sticking with the stock AMG 17 in rims?
If other rims, the width and offsets on the stagger.

yes lowered with b&g springs and konis adj. shocks.
no to the 17's 18's will be the diameter. prefer a 9.5 wide or 10" wide offsets to be determined . i know 8.5 wide will fit and i think 9 will be ok with a 40 et. i have run 18x8.5 et35 without issue but need more rubber on the ground.

And you will need to massage the bumper lip and roll the fenders.
If Brabus and carlsson stuck with 225's on the front it must be limited for some reason.
You are going to need camber eccentrics and rear camber links, so do it right the first time and budget the cost for those additional items.
