Hello,

Will 20 x 8.5 with a 38 offset fit my 2003 CL in front and 20 x 10 with a 32 offset for the rear. Will this wheel sixe fit ok?

depends on the weather
front will fit no problem but, you need a higher offset in the rear ... something arounf 40mm would work better
