Coilovers brands for W204
Hi everyone,
I am presently interested to switch my stock suspension to a coilover suspension on my RWD C350. I'd like to get some feedback from people using coilovers and what you like / dislike about your set-up.
Here are some of the brands at comparable price I have seen out there:
D2 Racing RS Coilovers - $1140.00
H&R Street Coilovers - $1240.00
K-Sport Kontrol Pro - $1170.00
XYZ Sport - $1100.00
Megan Euro - $877.50
Maybe some people have some inputs about those brands. I am looking for a good quality ride and my goal is not to take wife's car on the track
Only reason is that I want a nice lower look that I can lift back to original position during our rough winters in Quebec.
Maybe this can also help others like me to make up their minds on which brand to buy. Ready to order, just need to know which one!
Cheers!

I bought BC Racing (BR series) coilovers. They are cheap ($1000) and I chose them after reading tons of reviews. It's not easy to choose over so many brands but I am very happy with them. The ride is awesome (it's my wife's car and she didn't want the rough ride)
I don't see how it could be better for the daily driving we are doing with this car. My only disapointment is that I thought there was a camber adjustment from the top of the coilover as shown on the picture but then I found out it was not available for our W204. However there is plenty of stock adjustment on front so it is not an issue. Also, I thought I could lift it back to stock height for the winter but the coilovers are built for a minimum 1 inch drop. I will need to install some 1 inch aluminum washers to lift it back to stock height which should not be a problem. (I want it back to stock height for our rough winters here...)
I would not hesitate to recomend BC coilovers to anyone. I know some people are sold to H&R's but I don't see how they could be better than what I got for the use I'm doing with mine.
Cheers!
