How can you tell difference from real Brabus wheels and fake?
have these two pic's both say they are real, but I have a feeling one is not. Does anyone have pic's of fake monoblock VI's so that I can compare the two wheels?

The first pic is a replica and the bottom appear authentic. Replicas are "fake" 2 piece wheels. Look at the basket (wheel center) where it meets the outer rim. Replicas are seamless 1-piece and the authentic ones will a haev a groove separating the wheel basket and outer rim.
The easiest is too look for the "BRABUS" embossing on the wheel basket. Even it if the wheel has the "B" centercap, it can still be a replica since you can easilly buy the centercap.

Another way is to look at the valve stem.. if it sticks out like a normal rim its fake. The real brabus ones look similar to the rest of the bolts.

The inner surface of the genuine rim should be a machined finish whereas most fakes have smooth (some painted) surface. Most fakes are also not real 2-pc so there is no real gap where the face is supposed to fit onto the rim.
