HRE vs. Brabus
I've moved up. I just got a W210 and I'm undecided whether to go with 19' HRE's or 19' Brabus VI's
What do the Brabus rims run anyway? Anybody got Staggered 19's they want to sell? Real ones only. NO REPLICAS

Okay I see your point. I agree with you on the HRE's, I think that the way i'm going to go but I have a 4 door and you're talking about a 2 door. The profiles are really different. I think some rims look better on a 2 door rather than a 4, so I'm just trying to find a rims that will stand for a little while, I don't want to end up with a "flavor of the week" type wheel.

The original poster of the other thread has some wheel models in his mind and he wants some input.
You're asking for comments between the two brands. I fully understand that one wheel will have two looks on two cars. I only expect you to get the big picture. Which wheel that you should buy is really a personal preference.

Thanks for the input Harris. It may not sound like it but your input really helps. For once I got a car with pretty low miles so my choosing rims is importants becasue i'm taking this car on some road trips. Have you seen 99SlvrC43 rims in the AMG W210 forum? Those are nice too.

Some personal thoughts
I just sold a set of VI-2 (silver polished) to my friend. To me Brabus is the LARGEST MB tuner after MB bought AMG. So in the future, if you like to go for Brabus aero kit, with VI-2, it will make your W210 look even more outstanding.
On the other side, HRE is just a wheel company. For sure the wheels are AWSOME but hard to find proper aero kits to match HRE wheel designs to make it a unique look.

Star Types of Design?
I am a bit curious about how the star types of design you are looking for.
I am NOT working today (got flu), but I have tons (thousands) of pictures of wheels in the office, if you are interested, I can e-mail you some tomorrow. But since the size of the pictures is too big (300K for each wheel), I'd like to know the brand first, so I can re-size and e-mail to you.
