2001 CLK55 and E55 same wheel fitment?
I have a set of 19" HRE 448's 19X8.5 and 19X10 on a 2001 CLK55.
Will they fit on a 2001 E55?
I tried putting a set of SSR GT3's from my CLK on an E55 and the rear bore size of the hub on the E55 was too big.
Anyone know before I have this guy drive to my house?
Thanks

The wheels may fit, but you may have a problem using the U.S. OEM W210 E55 front tires of 245/40/18. If the offset pushes the tire inward more than 4mm it may rub with certain broad shouldered tires. If that happens you may need to use a 235/40/18 up front.
I changed front from 18X8 et31 to 18X8 et35 and could not use Nitto 555 and the Dunlop 9000 rubs on occasions depending on suspension compression and uneven road surface, etc.
