2002 E320
Luke, Harris or Anybody Please Help with wheel/tire?

I would like to know what is the largest tire size I could go on my 2002 E320 with a 19"X8.5" front & 19"X10" rear wheel. I am trying to avoid rolling fenders and having problems. On one post in which you replied to a similar question you said
245/35-19 front
275/30-19 rear. I wanted to have a bit more tire and was curious if a 245/40-19 front & 275/35-19 rear would work? Please help I am trying to decide if I am going to keep wheels & my decision will be based on this. Thank You

Are those Carlsson wheels? Well, the 245/275 sizes that we mentioned on the other post are for the W211. Although yours is a W210, those sizes will also fit. However, I am a bit concerned about your 19x10 rear. You might want to put 235/265. Just watch out for the tire you choose. The W211 can have more aggressive fitment than the W210.

245/40 and 275/35 are too big.

depends on the weather
I have seen
245/35-19
275/30-19
work without a fender roll but it is very tight and depends on the exact wheel offset

'04 Silverado Z71 - sold all my Benzes and need another!
I have Carlsson 19X8.5 with 245/35 on the front and 19X10 with 265/30 on the rear and they're pretty close to the edge on the rear, no problems on the front. I just purchased a set of 275/30's for the rear and will probably try and have them mounted this week and see if they fit...
