S60R, ML320, W211/E350
Will W208 wheels fit a 00 ML320 with no prob?
Is it like a direct fitment or would I need to get spacers, ect?

They wont fit, the offsets are way off and the hardware is different. The ML wheels have a stronger load capacity.
