i need some urgent info / help.. wheel info.
my friend who owns a 2002 CL55 is concidering a set of giovanna wheels for his car. the wheels are 20x8.5 in the front and 20x10 in the rear.. what offset does he need and what sized tires should he go with. Also the car will not be dropped.

Giovanna are custom built with custom offsets. He doesnt need to know the offset numbers. The tire sizes should be 245/35/20 and 275/30/20 OR 255/35/20 or 285/30/20.

haha.. thanks for the urgent response, can you e-mail me a quote for the giovanna barbados with the size i specified so i can forward it to my friend.
one more thing that makes me wary about his source.. if they are custom made, why do tell him he will need a 3mm spacers?
i thought going custom wheels would get rid of the use of spacers... and they are concerned if it is going to clear his brakes.. if they are custom why are they asking him this?he is talking to the people from www.coolwheels.com .. do you think it's grey market?

I have 2 1/2 companies to run, plus I just figured that I have tones of things to do for my wedding, sleep is such a luxurious thing for me to do these days. I dont have much time for that, sorry.
Well, I dont want to comment on his source. But it IS that strange, Giovanna build so called custom wheels with custom fitments but it is also true that the wheels come with spacers . I have yet to find a chance to ask the boss of Giovanna about that. The spacers are supposed to come with the wheels, it is not something that you need to buy. But not every wheel they make comes with spacers.
I dont have the pricing at home, will send you tomorrow.

I wish your good taste rubbed off on your friend a little more - I'm not a fan of those types of wheels at all. All bling, no substance. How much do they weigh?
