Screw in rear tire. Plug, patch or both?
I know you're supposed to have a patch and plug but can I just have it plugged as I used to do this in the past with no problems.
Thanks

A puncture caused by a screw can be problematic. The punture is from the point of the screw, but the threads can cause a break in the steel cords of the tire's interior making a patch difficult to lay flat or even stick. A thorough inspection of the interior of the tire is necessary to determine this.
I had a screw damaged tire 2 months ago with this same problem.Your tire is a lot easier and less costly to replace than your benz or even you for that matter.
