Please...I hope you're not thinking red calipers on that classy car.
Black, mayybeee silver.
Nice brick house
Nice wheels too.

I was thinking Yellow, green or red
..... yeah right!
Just kidding, I was thinking Silver (as first option), or black.
I still need to mess with photoshop and preview them before making up my mind.

pocholin, Looks Great! What tires did you get? Did you do the smaller 265/35/18 in the rear?
I used the same tires that were in the car when I bought it.
245/40/18 in the front and 265/35/18 in the back.
i have good and bad news:
Bad news, tires in the front rub against a nut and boltwhen I go in reverse and turn right
Going forward and turning it doesn't rub at all in either direction.
Good news, I'll be replacing the wheels once more, I'm going to go with the Carlsson 1/5 18 x 8 front and 18 x 9 rear:p

The Carlsson's will look much better IMO. Please post pics once you get them on. I am looking at the 2/5's right now.Originally posted by pocholin

pocholin,
I wonder why the previous owner downsized the rear tires to 265? That is the standard E55 Euro size. That Carlsson 9 inch rear can fit the U.S. OEM size of 275/35/18.
I am curious about your car since it has the Euro turn signals on the fender, no front bumper side marker and the car had rear Euro sized tires. Not trying to alarm you but I wonder if your E55 is a Euro car converted to U.S. specifications & imported by private party. If you are curious you can run the VIN on www.carfax.com but I don't know if that tells the whole story.
Good Luck.

Since you are still in the Market for wheels. Check out these Lorinser RS5 & RS3's:

Here is the SSR Integral & GT1:

All these wheels have wider sizes for the E55 staggered setup.

Well, i already checked it, it looks fine to me, here is a copy of History details, may be one of those owners was from Europe and wanted to make it look more like back home. Works fine for me, I like the looks, he should have gone european all the way, with out speed gobernor (I hate when that hits, altough it is really soft, haha) Originally posted by E55 KEV

Nice looking wheels but go with the Carlsson. They will look much better on that car.
