Wheel Wax... is this stuff any good?

nope, don't bother. It is basically a cleaner wax.... repackaged. You are better off applying a sealant to your wheels such as meguiars #20, zaino, or klasse.

depends on the weather
actually it is not a cleaner wax and it has been formulated with unique polimers to better withstand the heat generated by the brakes
