Conti CH95 205/55 HR16, 4 or 5 columns of tread?
I just bought a set of 4 of these tires, the tires I have only have 4 columns of tread... 2 in the middle, 2 on the outside. I saw another BMW 325i in a parking lot, same 205/55 conti tire but it had 5 columns of tread... 3 in the middle and 2 on the outside. Did I get screwed? What is the deal with continental changing the tires?
mine look like this, with the 4 columns of tread.

depends on the weather
the CH95 is made in two different tread patterns ... the 5 rib designed is supposed to offer slightly better steering response while the 4 rib offers better ride quality
