Tony Amato is a legit fraud and the car community knows this by now.
When it comes to solution, you should start with following:
· Reporting Tony Amato and Zito Wheels to the police.
· Submit a complaint with FTC.
· Submit a complaint with BBB.
· Submit a complaint with General’s Office California Department of Justice, eCrime Unit.
Good luck with your case.
FYI: Tony and Zito Wheels has recently removed their official web-page. Don’t know what’s going on but it seems like either Tony and Zito Wheels haven’t paid for renewal of the domain or alternatively it could just be a result of us reporting (few weeks ago) Zito Wheels website as a scam/fraud.
Anyway, whatever the reason for that might be, the website is gone. To our knowledge he is still operating from this number: +1 310 633 0845 (Verizon)
clearly going underground and hiding from someone. Fortunately, we have taken back-up of his page and contacts.
Only question of time when his IG and LinkedIn will disappear as well.
BTW: if it’s worth anything and just to get it out there, as we have mentioned previously in the thread if some of you have gotten scammed by Tony
and are stuck with no solution, the last resort could be to contact Eric Peng (Supposedly the head of Zito Wheels Taiwan). But we doubt it would solve anything regarding this ongoing scam by Tony and Zito Wheels.

If you can, just spread the word and create awareness so other can avoid to be scammed by Tony and Zito Wheels. Here in Europe, at least in our network, nobody is touching the Zito Wheels brand after our intense publication work both locally and internationally.
The screenshot below is from a few months back from another forum where we posted the Tony/Zito Wheels case. We received a lot of feedback by people/customer who had tried dealing with Tony, with similar result, but mostly had backed out as rumors of him scamming begun to circulate. Anyway, we received this anonymous and interesting message about Tony. Don’t know if this is legit, but seem to explain a few theories, provided the information is correct.
Again, keep spreading the word and create awareness so other can avoid being scammed by Tony and Zito Wheels.
