Wheel and Tire protection suddenly canceled?
So I'm bringing my 2019 c43 in for service B and also bc my shocks are leaking. Turns out I had 2 cracked wheels but now the service rep is claiming my wheel and tire protection, that I've used several times, has been canceled? I called corporate and apparently they have no record of any service regarding any tire swaps I've had to do using the warranty.
Anything like this happen to anyone else on here?
