Oem430

Hi , so I'm not really a merc owner but I am looking at Lorinser LM5 wheels which were obvs for mercedes so i thought id ask here. I wanna put them on my lexus which has large 4 pot front brakes. I can't seem to find any info on the LM5s weather they are meant to clear large front brakes (like AMG 4 pot brakes which I assume are just as large as mine) . Does anyone have experience fitting these to Mercs with large brakes and did you need spacers to do so?
like are they high, med or low disk wheels?
