My order number is 8641559, these wheels were installed on friday (I faxed proof to customer service). There has been a horrid vibration from day one Per your email I took the tires to one of the tireracks installers the very next day and they have informed me that all four of the wheels are damaged, some are bent other wobble. The owner of the installation shop who also has a renntech E500 stated that none of the wheels have signs of impact damage. As per customer service I have switched back to my summer wheels and the damaged wheels were left at the installers. I have requested a full refund from tirerack, I am losing patience inreagrd to this issue, I ordered snow tires and wheels, bad wheather is on the way and I left with my summer setup. My intent is order stock sized tires for the E55 that will fit on either a new set of 18" wheels or my stalk AMG wheels. Please HELP resolve this issue.

Though if these wheels are of such cunstruction that all 4 have been damaged in transit, I am not sure that I even want to waste my time and or money having them installed on the E55. When I purchased this setup I knew that they were not forged wheels but by no means did I believe that they were this poorly constructed.

With this outcome I am back to my inital plan of putting snow tires on the AMG wheels and upgrading come summer to other wheels. What are my options in the standard tire size as a like for like replacement is not goingto work out.

I believe it is a fluke .... we have not had quality issues with those wheels in the past .... and this issue will not cause you any out of pocket $$$

Though I have lost confidence with this product (fluke or not). I will contact customer service once again to resolve this issue be it a credit or a selection of another product.
