ELM advice for now a days. Anything change?

ELM advice for now a days. Anything change?
Hey guys I have an 09 E63 that Im thinking of getting an ELM to lower the car as I like the idea that I can control the height of the car depending on what speed the car is going. To help on tire wear while driving but give it a more aggressive look while sitting.
I did bunch of research and of course most of the post I found were 10+ years old. So I wanted to check now that we are in 2025 and my beast is 16 years old if the recommendations have changed at all lol
The popular 3 I kept reading about Renntech, ProgRama and Lomo seem to come up a lot. The first two seem to be the same just sold with different brand and the Lomo seems to be the one that gets installed the easiest and also is the cleanest with the on dash/steering wheel controls. So kind of leaning that way.
Any thoughts/ recommendations or updates that have been done to these modules that I should be aware of?
