Noise and rattling when drive in bad roads

Hi, I have 2020 CLS 450 with air suspension,
yesterday i noticed a clunk noise when I sit in the car then when i drove on hard pavement there was like rattling like there is something off also suspension feels stiff a little

I inspected suspension before 2 weeks and they say all is good
any help and sorry for my english

I went to another shop they said all is perfect, the manager told me that maybe it needs a software update
