Dented Monoblock Vs
Hi! My 19" Brabus Monoblock Type Vs are so dented from potholes around the LA area that I'm getting rid of them and putting on Type 6's in 18", which my tire/wheel guy says should be a lot stronger. I'm losing air in my front left wheel because the dent is so bad. I dont understand this.. is it because of my Brabus springs?

It is most likely caused by running tires with an " ultra low " sidewall, i.e. 35 or 40 series.
The higher the sidewall, the more of a cushion effect it will have, when you hit potholes.
The very reason why I will not run any tires with less than 45 sidewalls.
