Weight. I really dont know. I'd be guessing... But, when I was changing out the stocks (18"). It was really comparable, if not a little lighter. Dont know if that helps.

I'd say about 25% threadwear left. A lot of wear on the inside of the tire (my alignment has been off recently). If your camber/alignment is good it should last a few more months.

Nice wheels!!! All HRE 8 (R) series have rivets in the back side of the wheels.
HRE are way lighter than OEM's hope that helps.
