I am selling a set of WORK Rezax II wheels off of my 2007 E63.
The wheel specs are:
F: Rezax II 20x8.5 +32 (R Disk) 5x112PCD MGM (Matte Gunmetal)
R: Rezax II 20x10.0 +37 (O Disk) 5x112PCD MGM (Matte Gunmetal)
I daily drove on them for approximately a year, and later took them off to switch to another set of wheels. Instead of having them reconditioned, I decided to just replace the outer barrels with brand new WORK components. As you can tell, the outer barrels are brand new and still have the factory protective blue rim tape. I had these professionally disassembled and reassembled using brand new WORK Wheels components.
Rezax II disk face is a forged billet, and are now rare since they have been discontinued.
The front wheels would clear most of the AMG E Class 6 piston calipers. The center bore is already pre-drilled to fit on Mercedes Benz hub so the factory lug nuts can be used. Sorry I don't have pics installed on my car, but any questions PM me.

Thanks Tranman!
Based off recommended fitment that I found for a SL55, it has the same outer position, so yes it should fit with no issues
Definitely make sure to do your necessary research so that you are comfortable
I would prefer to sell locally, but if you are serious I could coordinate shipping
PM me to coordinate

As long as you use the proper cleaning method with a low alkaline based cleaner (or just water) you should have no issue keeping the lips in proper condition

Thanks for the PM. Can we schedule a time this week to view the rims? Also, this is m.manguera. For some reason, I couldn't access through m.manguera. Please email me at m.manguera@gmail.com. And again, thank you for your time and look forward to seeing your rims in person.
