I think its odd the tires are so tall -- 45 & 40 series??? are you sure its not 40 & 35
I dont want any surprises -- esp if i drive to Irvine from Vegas

How much do the wheels weigh? I am sure the seller knows this from when he was researching the orginal purchase.

i guess its not going to work --- those are probably not strong enough for an E55 -- and I heard OEM bolts dont work -- i dont feel like spending alot of extra money on bolts -- and still no pics?

wheels are more than strong enough for your ride. as for bolts oem only work with oem wheels. cone vs ball. all aftermarket wheels use different bolts

E55 w/ goods, Z32 Project underway
EDIT: someone reminded me there are two versions of this wheel. Early version is 1240lbs, later 1500+ lbs. I recall seeing it stamped on the back of my F14s so pics are a must.

ok - So - OEM is supposed to be 30 & 39... these wheels are 32 & 36. numbers seem pretty close -- So, how much difference is this going to be? Rears will be more aggressive by sticking out how much??? And the fronts will be a tad tamer? What are we talking here a few mm or an inch?

Please do the math. And don't forget to modify based on wheel and tire width. There are numerous offset/wheel/tire width calculators posted on MBWorld as well as the web.
