What bolt patter? Will they fit an 07 S65? Can you do brushed and cleared centers and inners? Once this is all done/put together... what part of the wheels are considered Vellano's? Is it just the center spokes that are actually Vellano?

Yes the centers are vellano centers!
FYI: About 90% of 3 piece wheel manufacturers in the US use the same inner and outer wheel parts that are made by the same two companies.

Tinited clear is exactly that. Tinted clear coat. So the rim appears a light gunmetal color, that you can see through. So your able to still see the brushed metal under the clear. Its a very good look.
