They have just been refinished, indistinguishable from brand new and come with brand new tires. These are the lightest, strongest wheels you can buy for your 911, brand new from Champion the set is 5 grand without tires. Very nice wheels, and a very cool company that helped me with a huge favor years back.They used to manufacture Renntech's 2nd gen monolites for them, not sure if they still do though.
